Cleaning out the archives pt 4…

by mark on May 9, 2009

This was a fun quick project with did with Adam Gee back in Channel 4′s learning department.

Little DarlingsIt was basically a small booklet to accompany a new programme and campaign called “Little Darlings”, highlighting the difficulty that parents often have bridging the communication gap with their children.

We were given no assets to work with and a really tight timeline (about 3 hours if I remember correctly) to come up with something to illustrate the subject matter, design the booklet and finally get it out to print.

Thankfully, this simple line art solution we came up with really did the trick. It conveyed the message nice and simply, looked great with the limited colours we were given to work with and meant that the deadline was met with time to spare!

Good to see this again – the cover concept was inspired by the book ‘How to Talk So Kids Will Listen and Listen So Kids Will Talk’.

Here’s some more of (y)our archive: http://aarkangel.wordpress.com/2009/07/31/omagh-adam-gee-archive-1/
